Conditions of reservation

Payment

To confirm the reservation, an initial payment is required from the customer within a maximum of 3 working days following the signing of their contract.

The remaining balance of the rent must be paid no later than one month before the start date of the rental.

Security Deposit

When booking, a security deposit will be requested to cover any damages incurred during your stay.

Cancellation and Postponement

In the context of the health crisis linked to the Covid-19 epidemic, our teams are striving to negotiate with the owners to offer you the best conditions for postponing or canceling your stay.
