Area & Experiences
About 30 minutes by boat to the west of the Sicilian coast, the rocky isles of the Aegadian Islands emerge from the turquoise sea. Among them is Favignana with its picturesque villages, its old fishing port and its fine-sand beaches. The waves and warm air from the west have worn away the limestone, forming caves and coves. Villa Melita is located on the island's eastern tip, just steps from Cala Azzurra beach whose name comes from its pure crystal-clear waters. It is nestled in the middle of a garden filled with cacti, Barbary fig trees and aromatic plants.
