To finalize your booking, you must pay a deposit corresponding to a percentage of the rent (typically 50%) to be sent a maximum of 3 business days following your acceptance of the rental agreement. The full balance of the rent must be paid no later than 1 month before the start date of the rent. Payments can be made via wire transfer or online via Stripe (upon request).
We know that sometimes plans change, so we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs. However, if you cancel your booking after it is finalized, any payments that you have made won’t be refunded. If the owner manages to find another renter for the agreed dates, we may waive the payment of the remaining balance.
Security Deposit and Guest Guarantee
To replace a security deposit and offer you the luxury of not having to worry about anything, we have created our “Guest Guarantee”. For a much lower price than the amount of the security deposit, our guarantee covers the total cost of damage (up to a limit of 50,000 euros per incident). It also ensures that you do not have to pay additional compensation. With this guarantee, you no longer bear the responsibility for the small mishaps of life when renting.
