Peak season (January to early March):
This is when snow conditions are at their most reliable across all altitudes. The pistes are perfectly groomed, the après-ski scene is lively, and all lifts and restaurants are fully operational. Head to 3 Vallées during the peak season to discover everything the resort has to offer.
Early season (early December to mid-January):
Thanks to its high altitude, with over 85% of runs sitting above 1,800 metres, Les 3 Vallées often opens early with good snow cover. Visiting during this period offers the perks of quieter slopes and the widest selection of luxury chalets.
Spring skiing (mid-March to late April):
Longer days, soft snow, and sunny terraces make spring a favourite for those who like to combine ski with leisure. Ski conditions are still good, especially at Courchevel 1850 which maintains excellent conditions well into April thanks to its elevation.
