From the outside, Chalet Alpin Roc resembles a beehive with its wooden balconies framing each floor and wrapping around the cosy, modern dwelling like a protective cocoon. Inside, old wood and natural stone are complemented by modern Italian furnishings. Hints of Swiss craftsmanship punctuate the luxurious, comfortable atmosphere, such as the Swiss cross emblazoned on the cushions in all the rooms, like a common theme throughout. The exceptional views through the large sliding glass doors never cease to impress, with the jagged mountain ridges covered in a deep layer of powdery snow. Clouds of hot steam drift upwards from the outdoor jacuzzi on the main balcony. For skiers, the start of the Saveyrolles area, one of the best-known in Verbier, is 50 or so metres from Chalet Alpin Roc. Alternatively, take a walk up to Pierre Avoi, an unmistakeable craggy outcrop, via Col de la Marlène. Unwind after a sport-filled day in the chalet’s spa (hammams and saunas are highly recommended for an effective recovery) and then round off the day with a meal in one of the restaurants serving traditional food in the village centre.

Booking conditions

Booking with Le Collectionist is both simple and bespoke. Choose a property from our collection, book online or speak to one of our advisors for more details. Once the property is selected and availability is confirmed with the owner, you confirm the booking and its terms.

A deposit secures your booking, then our concierge service takes over to arrange all necessary services and make your stay unique.

In order to confirm your booking, you will need to pay a deposit up to 3 business days after signing your contract.

You will then have until 84 days before the start of your rental period to pay the remaining balance.

Before your arrival, you will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any damage. The amount will be specified in your rental contract and can be requested from your advisor before booking. This deposit will be used to cover the cost of replacement or repairs, upon presentation of evidence provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.

Check-in at the property is set at 5 pm and check-out at 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability of the property and approval from the owners. These options are not automatically included and must be requested in advance from your advisor.

You may cancel your contract subject to the following fees:

● Up to 84 days before your arrival: 25% of the total rental amount

● Between 83 days and the check-in day: 100% of the total rental amount
