Appartement Saana

Verbier, Swiss Alps, Switzerland

8 guests·3 bedrooms·3 bathrooms·145 sqm

Arriving at Les Trois Rocs, you find yourself in front of large edifices in blonde wood. Inside Apartment Saana, the rooms are bathed in light; contemporary design blends with traditional style in a cozy, alpine atmosphere. In the living room, an anthracite sofa faces a beautiful stone fireplace. Everywhere, the gilded wood of the floorboards and ceiling beams gently highlights the white walls. The living room opens onto a spacious terrace overlooking the valley and the mountains. On the balcony, you can absorb the sunrays while enjoying the scenery. In just two minutes you are at the foot of the Médran cable car station which rises to the ski area. The chalet is also perfectly located for strolls to the center, where you can do some shopping or just enjoy a cup of hot chocolate.

Booking conditions

Booking with Le Collectionist is both simple and bespoke. Choose a property from our collection, book online or speak to one of our advisors for more details. Once the property is selected and availability is confirmed with the owner, you confirm the booking and its terms.

A deposit secures your booking, then our concierge service takes over to arrange all necessary services and make your stay unique.

In order to confirm your booking, you will need to pay a deposit up to 3 business days after signing your contract.

You will then have until 84 days before the start of your rental period to pay the remaining balance.

Before your arrival, you will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any damage. The amount will be specified in your rental contract and can be requested from your advisor before booking. This deposit will be used to cover the cost of replacement or repairs, upon presentation of evidence provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.

Check-in at the property is set at 5 pm and check-out at 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability of the property and approval from the owners. These options are not automatically included and must be requested in advance from your advisor.

You may cancel your contract subject to the following fees:

● Up to 84 days before your arrival: 25% of the total rental amount

● Between 83 days and the check-in day: 100% of the total rental amount
