Appartement Flocon occupies the second floor of a residence in the classic Savoyard architectural style, complete with finely sculpted wooden balconies. Inside, ample use of wood and stone gives the apartment a distinctly Alpine feel. Add in the fur cushions and understated tones of the apartment’s fabrics and the atmosphere is one of tasteful comfort, in harmony with the splendid natural surroundings. The décor alternates discreet references to the mountains with understated, contemporary chic: the polar bear print, stag sculpture and golden pine cones belong to the former category, the elegant lampshades, velvet chairs and striking metal light fixture belong firmly to the latter. The gleaming white kitchen and mosaic-tiled bathrooms add to the feeling of modern refinement. One of Appartement Flocon’s greatest assets is its luxurious steam room. In the lounge, the huge dining table is perfect for sharing a hearty raclette with local cheese and charcuterie. A stone’s throw from the apartment, the cable car will whisk you straight up to the summits. After a long day on the slopes, take some time out to peruse the enticing boutiques of Courchevel. And in the evening, dress up smart for an unforgettable gastronomic experience at Le 1947, inside Hôtel du Cheval Blanc. This Michelin-starred restaurant serves up elegant dishes which offer a modern take on some local classics: the tartiflette with black truffles and reblochon snow is simply sublime.

Booking conditions

Booking with Le Collectionist is both simple and bespoke. Choose a property from our collection, book online or speak to one of our advisors for more details. Once the property is selected and availability is confirmed with the owner, you confirm the booking and its terms.

A deposit secures your booking, then our concierge service takes over to arrange all necessary services and make your stay unique.

In order to confirm your booking, you will need to pay a deposit up to 3 business days after signing your contract.

You will then have until two months before the start of your rental period to pay the remaining balance.

Before your arrival, you will be asked to pay a deposit to cover any damage. The amount will be specified in your rental contract and can be requested from your advisor before booking. This deposit will be used to cover the cost of replacement or repairs, upon presentation of evidence provided by the owner. No amount will be withheld without a thorough inspection.

Check-in at the property is set at 5 pm and check-out at 10 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability of the property and approval from the owners. These options are not automatically included and must be requested in advance from your advisor.

You may cancel your contract subject to the following fees:

  • Up to 60 days before your arrival: 50% of the total rental amount
  • Between 59 days and the check-in day: 100% of the total rental amount
