Area & Experiences
The geometricians talk about 4808.73 m, and to verify the figure, they make the summit every year.
To measure the height of the Mont Blanc is an old problem. For ever, the mountain has intrigued, enchanted, fascinated men and so, they found it most natural to build ski resorts on the snow white slopes during the 20th Century. Chamonix is the most famous of the ski resorts, and it was also the first of them. To this day, it is the highest district of Europe. Formed by several villages scattered at different heights, on the slopes of the legendary giant. These are mountain villages with traditional dwellings, boutiques and restaurants, generally linked to great ski domains, this is the case for the hamlet of the Bossons, the location of the chalet. It is only a few minutes from the city center of Chamonix, in the heart of a 2000 m2 garden crowned by an outdoor Jacuzzi; all day long shuttles are running towards the ski slopes. This impressive refuge looks over a very deep valley that is dominated by the Aiguille du Midi and the Mont Blanc.
